Account ownership is tied to the original Discord account holder. Transferring, selling, or leasing accounts or in-game items for real currency outside the permitted exceptions voids any claim to the items involved and may trigger a permanent ban or data reset.
Appeals: You may submit a single good-faith appeal with clear, factual information. Repeated or abusive appeals may be ignored. Submitting altered evidence (edited screenshots / logs) results in automatic denial.
Privacy & Data: We store only data required for gameplay, progression, anti-abuse, and security. Aggregated, anonymized metrics may be used to improve balance and features. Do not share personal information in public channels; staff will never ask for your password.
Exploit / Vulnerability Reporting: Prompt, private disclosure of security or economic exploits via official channels may make you eligible for leniency or recognition. Public disclosure or abuse before reporting forfeits any consideration.
Change Log: Material rule changes will be announced in the support server. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
