These terms and conditions apply to the Charmy app (hereby referred to as "Charmy") for mobile devices and browser users that were created by Charmy (hereby referred to as "Charmy") as a Free service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms before using the Application. Modification of the Application or our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Terms of Use

- We do not ask for a real name when a user signs up, and we do not sell our user data. We do not monitor every server or conversation.

- Discord's Terms of Service require people to be over a minimum age to access our app or website. The minimum age to access Discord is 13 unless local legislation mandates an older age. However, to use the website we require users to be at least 16 years old. We reserve the right to remove any players who do not follow this age restriction.

Payments & Virtual Currency

• No Monetary Value: "Prismas", "Charm Relics", "Tickets", and other virtual items are digital license rights only and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred outside the Service.
• All Sales Final: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks: We have a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to modify prices and availability of virtual items at any time without notice.

We at Charmy recognize and respect intellectual property rights and are committed to fulfilling our moral and legal obligations with respect to our use of copyright-protected works.

B. Fair Use

Under the Fair Use Clause, certain uses of copyright-protected works may not require the owner's permission. The following factors determine if the use falls under fair use:

C. Use of Copyrighted Materials and Reports

Charmy does not claim ownership over any material uploaded and hosted at our site, excluding characters created by Charmy.

The use of copyrighted material for monetary gain is prohibited at Charmy per this Policy. If you believe copyrighted material is being used for monetary gain, report it to us at bushinhell@gmail.com.

If you are a copyright owner of any material on our site and wish to have it removed, please send proof of ownership to bushinhell@gmail.com, and the material will be promptly deleted.

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
